Should I arrive early to my appointment?
Please arrive on time. We do not want to rush you or to be rushed, we allocate enough time that you are able to enjoy the full experience and get the most relaxation and rejuvenation!

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?
Bespoke Facials: Please arrive ready to relax and leave your stress outside our door. You will be experiencing a full hour of rejuvenation. We do not suggest wearing makeup for the following 12 hours as we want your skin to continue to absorb all the nutrients overnight, however makeup wont harm the facial. We recommend a Bespoke Facial & Peel 3 days prior to special events, there is no downtime involved, however best results are achieved on the third day. Ask your Aesthetician about our at home products and automatic scheduling and reminders for the best skin health regime.
Bespoke Eyelash Extensions: There is a 10 minute consultation prior to receiving the service where we will discuss lashes. Be ready to lay down and rejuvenate for a 2-3 hour relaxation period. We do not suggest caffeine prior to your service and if you are hungry we suggest eating prior to your service appointment time.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Come ready to relax. Without makeup is preferred. Beautiful skin doesn’t come from makeup.
What are all the questions on the New Client form for?
In order to give you the ultimate treatment we need to know about you inside and out, the more we get to know you the more you will learn about dealing with your unique lifestyle. Your history, conditions and stress are all important for us to give you the best service and recommendations.

Is your location wheelchair accessible?
Effortless Beauté adheres to a strict hygiene policy. Before every treatment, all equipment is sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant. All tools are sterilized & stored immediately in sterile pouches. Linens are washed & sterilized with bleach.
Is there downtime after a facial?
There is no downtime! Best results from our Bespoke Facial & Peel are on the third day, as our peels take care of topical and underlying issues your skin may have, you will notice activity in the following two days. It is important to let your skin runs its course, not pick at your face and keep your face extra moisturized until the third day where you will be glowing with a fresh new look.
I have skin concerns (ie: sensitivity), is a facial and peel right for me?
You may experience some pink or redness if your skin is easily irritated however this is very dependent on your skin conditions, and if this is the case we will continue to treat your skin to respond differently to its effecting factors and reduce redness and sensitivities in your everyday life. If this is you, please ask us about our at home care as well!
Can I wear makeup right after my appointment?
We don’t suggest it but it wont ruin the facial. Beautiful skin doesn’t come from makeup.
Will a facial make me more sensitive to the sun?
Yes, with the peel or exfoliation, we will be increasing your cell renewal factor and new fresh skin will be exposed. Regardless, it is important to wear sunscreen everyday and if you are in the sun all day reapply sunscreen every two hours.
What kind of products do you use?
We have a variety of products, Hydropeptide is our main line as we have changed our clients skin conditions and lifestyles with this product line. We also incorporate Oxygen, Dr. Schrammek, Phyts and other of our favourite products into the selection. We are a company that specializes in customization and are always taking new courses and learning about new products that will benefit our clients on an individual level and create ease in your unique lifestyle.
Are your products environmentally friendly? Are they cruelty free or vegan?
Our skin care products are vegan, gluten, cruelty, phthalate and paraben free.
Can I get a fill if I didn’t get my full set at Effortless Beauté?
Our lash products and lash styles are custom to the individual and therefore fills can only be done on lash sets that were done by our Aestheticians using our products.
My eyes are sore or sensitive after a lash appointment. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately if there is irritation or sensitivity. If you are having anything more than an irritation visit your Doctor immediately.
Can I wear mascara? Eyeliner?
It is not recommended to wear mascara or eyeliner, if you do wear mascara we may require a new set instead of a fill to ensure proper sanitation of the eyes. If you choose to wear eyeliner do not use a pencil you are at risk of pulling your lashes out.
Can I get my lashes wet?
Do not get your lashes wet for at least 24 hours, after that period it is suggested to properly cleanse your lashes using our Face Envy product that can be found in our online store ($30). Please pat dry your lashes every time they get wet
How do I make my lashes last longer?
Oils, dirt, makeup and skin care products can weekend the bond of glue. Keep your lashes cleansed, pat them dry after getting the wet and brush them you will be provided with.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes or make them fall out?
On average your lashes naturally shed 2-3 per day, over the course of 3 weeks you will have lost approximately 52.5 lashes. Typically, you have 100 lashes per eye and therefore fills are completed for a discounted rate in this time frame. Lashes by Effortless Beauté are done with extreme care and precision, if you notice more than 2-3 lashes shedding per day please contact us. We also do mandatory new sets every 3 months where we will take before and after photos to ensure and show you proper lash health. If you have weak lashes and want to consistently maintain lashes, we recommend our Lash Envy Serum.
